Filming wraps up for 'Kianoush's Garden'

The filming of the cinematic project 'Kianoush's Garden'  has wrapped up.

The PR department of the project added that the shooting schedule stretched over several months at various locations in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.

Reza Keshavarz Haddad makes his feature film directorial debut with "Kianoush's Garden," having previously directed several short films that were featured in various festivals.

The feature is in the throes of post-production polishing as it gears up for a competitive showing at Iran’s 42nd Fajr Film Festival.

The main cast of 'Kianoush's Garden' includes Shahram Haqiqat Doust, Alireza Ara, and Majid Potki, featuring Abbas Jamshidifar.

Set in the turbulent 1980s, 'Kianoush's Garden' tells an adventurous tale adapted from a book of the same name.

The story is set in various Iranian cities, including Hamedan and Tehran, which served as the film's main shooting locations.

The film, marked as the first joint product of Soureh Cinema Foundation and the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, features a screenplay written by Reza Keshavarz Haddad.
